3.1 Submitter Responsibility

When you submit a business listing to HabeshaLink.com, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are the authorized owner, representative, or agent of the business being listed.
• The listing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• The listing does not contain false, misleading, deceptive, or defamatory content.
• The listing complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3.2 License to Use Submitted Content

By submitting a listing, you grant HabeshaLink.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display, distribute, promote, modify, and use the submitted content — including text, images, contact details, and other information — for the purpose of operating and promoting the directory and its related services.

3.3 HabeshaLink’s Right to Edit and Modify Listings

HabeshaLink reserves the full and unconditional right to review, edit, update, correct, reformat, or otherwise modify any listing submitted to the Site at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice to the submitter. Such modifications may include but are not limited to:

• Correcting grammatical, spelling, or formatting errors.
• Updating or standardizing category classifications.
• Adjusting content for SEO optimization or directory consistency.
• Removing content that violates our guidelines or applicable laws.
• Adding or modifying descriptive information to improve listing quality.

3.4 HabeshaLink’s Right to Remove or Delete Listings

HabeshaLink reserves the absolute right to suspend, remove, or permanently delete any listing from the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions or our Listing Guidelines.
• Submission of inaccurate, false, or misleading information.
• Receipt of valid complaints from third parties regarding the listing.
• Non-payment of applicable fees for paid listing tiers.
• Business closure, inactivity, or abandonment.
• Determination at HabeshaLink’s sole discretion that the listing is not in the best interest of the directory or its community.

No refunds will be issued as a result of listing removal for violations of these Terms.

3.5 Listing Content Guidelines

All submitted listings must adhere to HabeshaLink’s content guidelines. Listings that contain any of the following will be rejected or removed without notice:

• Hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or national origin.
• Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
• Content promoting illegal goods, services, or activities.
• Spam, repetitive listings, or listings designed to manipulate search rankings.
• Listings for businesses that are not legitimately operating or providing services.

4.1 Free Listings

HabeshaLink offers a free basic listing package that allows business owners to submit their business information to the directory at no cost. Free listings are subject to all Terms and Conditions herein and may have limited features compared to paid packages.

4.2 Paid Listing Packages

HabeshaLink offers premium paid listing packages that provide enhanced visibility, additional features, and promotional benefits within the directory. Paid packages are offered on an annual subscription basis and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined herein.

By selecting a paid listing package, you agree to the following:

• You authorize HabeshaLink to charge the applicable annual fee upon purchase and on each subsequent annual renewal date.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
• HabeshaLink will make reasonable efforts to notify you of an upcoming renewal; however, failure to receive a renewal notice does not relieve you of the obligation to pay.

4.3 Business Listing Claim Fee

In order to claim ownership of an existing business listing on HabeshaLink.com, a listing claim fee is required. This fee covers the verification and processing of your claim and must be paid at the time of the claim request. Claimed listings are subject to all terms applicable to paid listings.

4.4 Annual Renewal and Payment Obligations

Paid listing packages renew annually on the anniversary of the original purchase date. By purchasing a paid listing package or claiming a business listing, you explicitly agree to the following:

• Your listing subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
• You agree to pay all incurring fees associated with your selected listing package upon renewal.
• HabeshaLink reserves the right to adjust pricing for listing packages with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the paid listing after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

4.5 No Refund Policy

7.1 Accuracy of Listings

HabeshaLink makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing on the Site. All listing information is submitted by third parties, and HabeshaLink is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or outdated information within listings.

7.2 No Endorsement

The inclusion of any business in the HabeshaLink directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of the quality of products or services offered by that business. Users should independently verify business information before entering into any transaction.
